Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and, where applicable, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on our Contact page. Please do not send products back without contacting us first. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return shipping

If you exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires us to cover the cost.

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Where required by applicable consumer law, we will cover the necessary return costs and provide the appropriate remedy.

European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.

To exercise this right, contact us with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an exception is provided by applicable law, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not affected by these exceptions.

Refunds

When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you, including the cost of our standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery method, the additional delivery cost is not required to be refunded.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Legal guarantee

Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. Goods sold to consumers in the EU are covered by applicable legal conformity and guarantee rights.
