Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through the Velnipaw online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
Velnipaw is operated by a trader established in Lithuania. Full trader and contact information is available on our Contact Information page.
2. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where appropriate, refund the amount paid for the unavailable product.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
After an order is placed, you will receive an electronic order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason to do so, for example where a product is unavailable or there is an obvious pricing or technical error. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the relevant amount will be refunded.
4. Prices and Payment
Product prices are displayed in the store before you place your order. The total price and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment.
Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment providers available in our store.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to selected European Union countries. Available destinations and applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

If no specific delivery period has been agreed, delivery will be made within the period required by applicable consumer law.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. Faulty or Non-Conforming Products
Products must conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact us. Your statutory rights, including applicable legal guarantee rights, remain unaffected by these Terms.
8. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been fulfilled, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate the request where possible.
This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
9. Intellectual Property
Content belonging to Velnipaw, including our branding, original text, graphics and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious software, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others.
11. Third-Party Services
Our store may use services provided by third parties, including Shopify and payment, delivery and other service providers.
Links to third-party websites may also be provided for convenience. Third-party websites and services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection law.

We will seek to resolve complaints in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Where a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, information about the competent out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body will be provided where required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers residing in another country of any mandatory consumer protections that apply to them under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our store, services or applicable legal requirements.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
